QPI’s Enduroply™ Conveyor Belting

Enduroply™ is our exclusive brand of conveyor belt, meticulously crafted to meet & surpass quality standards such as DIN 22102 & BS 490. To ensure unwavering excellence, our engineers regularly inspect the manufacturing facility. Our conveyor belt is constructed using low stretch fabric and available in widths of up to 2800mm. Each roll of belting has its own unique reference number for full traceability to the client.

We understand that various conveyor applications demand specific qualities, which is why our Enduroply™ conveyor belt can be tailor-made to meet even the most demanding conveying conditions.

Belts stocked in the following grades and types:

• T200 & T150 Heat Resistant – This belt has been engineered to convey products up to 200 degrees c . Used in cement, clinker & foundries.
• Rip-Stop – A belt that has a steel cord running across the belt to help prevent sharp rogue material causing longitudinal slits.
• MOR –For use in conditions that involve oil or grease for example household recycling sites, clay, concrete products and machine components.
• Chevron – A profiled belt that allows transportation of product at steeper angles.
• Steel Cord – Belt designed for exceptionally long conveyors.
• Fire Resistant – Developed for conveying of flammable materials e.g. coal coke to minimize any risk of combustion or fire caused by or involving the belt. For use under ground & tunnelling applications.
• Elevator Belts – For use with bucket elevator conveyors, including oil & heat resistant applications.
• Special Belts
